It was the last day to get wacked in Pensacola Beach. Plenty of people turned out for the music and fun of the 23rd annual Bushwacker Festival. The two day event wrapped up tonight. Live bands and big crowds were the highlights this year. Organizers say it was a great festival.
“Last night was great and Friday night was great, it started a little slow because of the weather yesterday was great,” says Captain Fun Beach Club owner Tom Carmichael. Carmichael says 38,000 cars came through the toll plaza at Pensacola Beach Saturday. He says he was told it’s a record-breaker but they don’t know which record was broken.
