The Baldwin County Sheriff's Office arrested a Stockton woman who claimed she was raped during a home invasion.
Deputies were called out to Tonya McRae's home Thursday morning. Holes in McRae's story lead deputies to believe she was lying about the crime. After conducting a rape kit, McRae confessed to making the whole thing up.
McRae is charged with filing a filing a false report. The Department Of Human Resources is also investing the case because police say McRae duct taped her 2-year-old son during the staged home invasion.
