Local Attorney Arrested on Fugitive Warrant
"On April 20, 2009 at approximately 11:00 A.M. members of the Mobile Police Department Intelligence Unit located and arrested attorney and former FBI Agent Phillip Kent Baxley. Baxley was arrested on an active fugitive felony warrant out of Harris County, Texas for Indecency with a Child. Baxley was apprehended by officers at his law office located at 1115 Dauphin Street and will be extradited back to Harris County pending further court proceedings in that jurisdiction."
