CYBERSPACE (AP) - If it's good enough for the White House, it's good enough for your house. Some of the people who breed Portuguese
Water Dogs are trying to keep that idea from taking hold. They are warning that just because President Barack Obama and his wife have
settled on one of the breed for their family that other dog lovers should do the same.
An association dedicated to the breed is concerned that puppy mills will get on the Obama bandwagon and produce the dogs, now that one of them, starting today, will become the "First Pet."
