Mother & Daughter Kidnap Two Toddlers

GULFPORT, Miss. (AP) - Authorities say a mother and daughter are
jailed in Harrison County facing charges they kidnapped two
toddlers and left the state in a truck stolen from a relative.
A judge on Monday set bond at 35-thousand-dollars each for
43-year-old Ann Marie Baker and 17-year-old Priscilla Elizabeth
Cabrera, who was charged as an adult. The two have been in custody
for more than a week after their arrest in Ocala, Florida, by a
federal fugitive task force.
The two are accused of taking a two-year-old boy and
three-year-old girl from a Biloxi residence on September 11th. The
children were found unharmed.
Biloxi police say the women, from Panama City, Florida, are not
related to the toddlers but had recently moved to Biloxi with the
children's father and uncle. The men told officers they returned
home from work to find the women and children missing along with
the uncle's truck.
