A Message Of Hate

A church in Mobile spreads the message of love and respect, but it got quite a surprise when it saw a sign that went against its beliefs.
Someone posted this sign on a light pole outside the Providence Church of God on Old Shell Road.
It says: "Jews: Enemies of the White Family."
Youth Pastor Ryan Hodges says the only reason he believes someone would choose its church as a platform for their hate message is because there's an israeli flag flying outside.
He says he and congregation are not phased by the antics.
"If you start to let it affect you in such a negative way, what you're sending a message to them is working and I don't want to send that message at all. I want them to know that we don't believe in that and we're not standing for that but we're not going to be upset and be affected by what they're doing," said Providence Church of God Youth Pastor Ryan Hodges.
Six months ago, someone stole the church's Israeli flag, but it has been replaced.
