Wednesday, at 6:30 am, four children walked to their designated bus stop in the Gulf Village area; however they never arrived at school. Approximately 8:30am, the guardian of the children notified police concerning the matter. After detectives conducted a preliminary investigations, it was determined the minor children were removed from the custody of their biological mother, 31-year-old Latrasha T. Clemons by the Department of Humans Resources. DHR advised they believe the children are not in any immediate danger, however until this matter is settles in court, the children must be returned to the state approved guardian.
