$25,000 For Information In Hit And Run Death

A 27 year-old-woman was struck and killed on Lott Rd on Sunday, now her father is offering a reward for information that leads to an arrest.

MOBILE, Ala. (AP) - The father of the Semmes woman struck and
killed as she walked along a road in northwest Mobile County is
offering $25,000 for information leading to the arrest and
conviction of the driver of the van that struck her.
According to 52-year-old Saeid Malahnejad who owns an
International House of Pancakes restaurant in Hattiesburg, Miss.,
his daughter, 27-year-old Nazanene Malahnejad, was working at an
IHOP restaurant in the Mobile area.
He said Malahnejad was living with her mother, his former wife,
in the Semmes area.
State Trooper spokesman Cpl. Joe Piggott said she was struck
about 8:30 p.m. Sunday as she walked along Lott Road near Spice
Pond Road.
Malahnejad died early Monday around 4 a.m. at the University of
South Alabama Medical Center.
