You might see one every blue moon, but you definitely won't see them on a dinner plate with a side of butter. That's right, a blue lobster. This little guy was caught off the coast of Prince Edward Island in Canada. Experts say that the colored crustaceans are one in two million. They say their unique color makes them more susceptible to prey. But this one is going to be sticking around for a while in its own tank for everyone to see.
