In Cleveland, Ohio, television news crew WOIO caught a domestic assault on video.
The crew was headed to another story when they saw a man pushing a woman, and choking her. The crew kept filming and called the police.
When officers were handcuffing him, he started yelling, " I love you to death." The man faces assault and battery charges.
