The woman accused of trying to kill her husband with a drug used to treat arthritis in horses is out on bond and back with her kids.
A judge released Martha Beech on $30,000 bond. The courts also gave her custody of the couple's six children.
The Washington County Sheriff's Office arrested Beech last month. They say she planned to inject the drug into her husband's IV after he had surgery at Mobile Infirmary.
News 5 has also learned that Beech's father-in-law is in trouble with the law. Deputies arrested James Beech, Sr. last week on child sex abuse charges.
Thye say the 59-year-old had sex with a child from Mobile back in July. He has been released on $20,000 bond.
