Four dogs found severely malnourished in Summerdale

Three men are facing four counts of animal cruelty after Baldwin County Sheriff's Deputies found 4 severely malnourished dogs at a lot in Summerdale.
Sheriff's investigators were responding to a complaint that four pit bulldogs were not being fed or watered.
Arrested and charged are brothers Justin and Cheston Foster, both 22 years old and 25 year old Marcus Foster.
Investigators believe Marcus Foster owns the dogs and that Justin and Cheston were supposed to be taking care of them.
The four dogs were taken to the Baldwin County Animal Shelter.
