Mobile Police investigators say a second teen has died as the result of an accident on Grelot and Cody Roads Tu+esday night.
18-year old Richard Hamilton was pronounced dead around 12:30 Thursday afternoon at the USA Medical Center.
A 17-year old was pronounced dead at the scene of the accident.
Police were searching for a Ford Mustang involved in a felony assault when they spotted a Mustang driven by 19-year old Jacob Cartee in the area of Schillinger and Cottage Hill Roads.
Police say Cartee refused to stop and led police on a chase down Grelot road at speeds topping 80 miles an hour before losing control and leaving the road.
According to investigators, all four occupants were thrown from the vehicle and none were wearing seat belts.
Police also say the suspects and the Mustang were not involved in the original felony assault call.
