David Jones follows the same routine everyday. He eats lunch and dinner at the Arby's in Robertsdale.

You could certainly call it an unconventional diet, but for Jones it's worked. He picks any of the Arby's sandwiches and orders them as a wrap.

When he started his "Arby's diet" in January, he tipped the scales at 413 pounds. This morning he weighed in at 272 pounds... a loss of 141 pounds in just ten months!

"Stuff started kicking around in my head and I said I think I can do this," says Jones, talking about the day he ordered his first wrap. "I just rock and roll with it. That's all I'm doing."

Jones, 30, hopes maybe one day he could be the next Jared, the Subway star who shot to commercial stardom after shedding 245 pounds eating sandwiches, but his main motivation is deeper than that.

"You know what motivated me," he says. "Anger. Just how society treats people. I knew society wasn't going to change so I had to change."

Jones still wants to lose another 70 pounds, and he says he will stick to his diet to make it happen. His favorite Arby's wrap is the Market Fresh roast beef with swiss cheese, tomatoes and onions.
