UNDATED (AP) - The Alabama Crimson Tide are still the top team
in the weekly Associated Press Top-25 College Football poll. The
Tide, who beat LSU in overtime yesterday, received 44 first-place
votes while second-ranked Texas Tech got the remaining 21. The Red
Raiders defeated Oklahoma State yesterday. Both Alabama and Tech
are unbeaten in 10 games.
This week's third-ranked school is Florida, followed by Texas
and Oklahoma.
The second five this week features Southern California, Penn
State, which drops from number-three after losing to Iowa, Utah,
Boise State and Ohio State.
The second-10 includes Oklahoma State, Missouri, Georgia, Ball
State, TCU, BYU, North Carolina, Michigan State, LSU and Florida
State. This week's bottom five are Pittsburgh, Cincinnati, Oregon
State, South Carolina and Tulsa.
