Mom Pleads Guilty To Sex With Teenage Boyfriend

A 28-year-old Florida mother has pleaded guilty to having sex with her 16-year-old boyfriend.

Police say Angela Leavitt packed up her two kids and ran away with the teen in June because she wanted to have his baby. The two worked together at a Whataburger in Milton.

Sentencing is scheduled for January. Leavitt faces up to 15 years in prison, but because she pleaded guilty to unlawful sexual activity with a minor, the judge is leaning towards a sentence of 3 1/2 years.

Leavitt has two children, a 9-year-old boy and an 8-year-old girl, with her husband Greg.
