Incumbent Republican Mike Dean will be returning to the Mobile County Commission.
Dean celebrated his victory Tuesday night at Republican headquarters in Tillmans Corner.
Dean said he was also happy to hear voters had approved the county's "Pay As You Go" projects.
He said, "Now we can go to work on making sure our infrastructure is done. We're real excited that Schillinger Road will be our outer loop, paved from one interstate to the other, a five lane highway, and that's something we really needed."
Dean will re-join Steve Nodine and Merceria Ludgood on the county commission.
