Carolyn Middleton will be back in court tomorrow after allegedly violating the conditions of her bond over the weekend.
The Baldwin County District Attorney’s office says two witnesses saw Middleton at a weekend T-Ball game. According to D.A., that is a clear violation of one of the conditions of her release.
Middleton is accused of manslaughter in the car crash last month that killed Jacob Clemmons. Middleton is believed to have been under the influence at the time of the crash.
One of the conditions of her bond is house arrest. She cannot leave her home without prior approval except to go to church, a medical emergency, an attorney visit or court appearance.
