TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (AP) - The leader of an environmental group
says what Floridians already are doing to the Gulf of Mexico is 100
times worse than offshore drilling.

Linda Young says poorly treated sewage being flushed into the
Gulf is turning it into "Florida's Toilet."

That's the title of a report Young's organization, the Clean Water Network of Florida, issued Thursday. It blames decades of
poor planning and lax enforcement of environmental regulations for
fouling the gulf and associated waters.
