A Baldwin County Judge denied bond for a man who confessed to killing a Foley woman.
Ross Wolfinger is charged in the death of Judy Barney.
She was found earlier this week inside her home on West Section Avenue.
A lawn keeper called police after he hadn't seen Barney for a while.
Evidence inside the home led investigators to Wolfinger. Police say he confessed to the crime.
Foley Police say Wolfinger tried to hide the body and then stole Barney's debit card.
The attorney representing Wolfinger says his client will talk to a psychologist. He plans to make another case for bond.
