SIMSBURY, Conn. (AP) - Authorities say a raw roasting chicken
left along a road in Connecticut had some dangerous stuffing.
Simsbury police say a driver noticed the chicken yesterday
morning. Inside, they say there was a pipe bomb large enough to
hurt a person if it had gone off.
The road was closed and the Hartford Police Department's bomb
squad came and blew up the chicken.
No one was injured. There have been no arrests.
