Jail time isn't sitting well with Hulk
Hogan's son.
A lawyer for 17-year-old Nick Bollea has filed a motion asking
for a different sentence. Bollea is currently being held in
solitary confinement at the Pinellas County Jail's medical ward
because he's too young to join the jail's general population.
He was sentenced in May to an eight-month term after he pleaded
no contest to causing a crash that seriously injured his best
friend.
Lawyer Kevin Hayslett said yesterdayday he plans to ask a judge
to place Bollea under house arrest until his 18th birthday on July
27.
