Blue Angels Fly, Crowds Smaller

Blue Angels Fly, Crowds Smaller

A day after several people were hurt by lightning on Pensacola Beach, the Blue Angels fly for a smaller crowd

The weather was more cooperative for the Red, White and Blues Weekend finale on Pensacola Beach Sunday.
Cloud cover forced the Navy's Blue Angels to perform their "low show" but the rains stayed away long enough for the show to go on.
Saturday, the airshow was stopped halfway through after a sudden thunderstorm blew through and several people were injured by lightning.
Hospital officials say none of the injuries were life-threatening.
Sunday's crowds were considerably smaller, according to people who were there for both days.
The Blues will be back in Pensacola in November for their season-ending Homecoming show.
