The pregnant Summerdale teenager who had been missing for more than a month has been found.
The Baldwin County Sheriff's Office says 17-year-old Brittany Sinclair turned herself into police last night in Claxton, Georgia.
She is good condition and her family is currently en route to bring her back to Baldwin County.
Sinclair ran away from home in mid-December with her boyfriend, a Hispanic male in his mid-twenties, known as Jacob. Her mother Betty Sinclair says the two have been dating on and off since September. Jacob has family that lives in Savannah, Georgia.
The Sheriff's Office was treating Sinclair as a runaway, but earlier this week they indicated she may be in danger.
The Sheriff’s Office says the media attention given to this case was instrumental in bringing Sinclair home safe and sound. They are currently investigating whether any charges will be filed.
