WAYNESBORO, Miss. (AP) - A train derailed in Waynesboro, but
officials said no one was hurt and damages were minimal.
Carrie Adams, a spokeswoman for the Mississippi Department of
Transportation, said in a news release that the derailment happened
Thursday at the railroad crossing at Industrial Park Road.
A dispatcher with the Wayne County Sheriff's Department told The
Associated Press no injuries were reported.
