The man accused of throwing his kids off a bridge was in court today. Lam Luong is facing four counts of capital murder. Bayou La Batre police say he threw his four kids off the Dauphin Island Bridge January 7th. Luong and his attorney will spend the morning in court. Yesterday, he went before a judge to ask for an interpreter to help him communicate with Luong. Luong was born in vietnam. The state argued this morning that Luong speaks and understands English just fine. We have crew at the courthouse and will have more later today on News 5 and here on WKRG.com
