A judge has ruled that the attorney representing Lam Luong will get a translator. Joe Kulakowski argued in court this morning that he needed a translator to talk to his client. The state argued that Luong understood English and the extra expense was not necessary. A judge made the decision a few minutes ago to allow the translator. Luong is facing four charges of capital murder. In court this morning, Luong was brough into the courtroom wearing a bulletproof vest and shackles.
