The mother of the 4 kids thrown off the Dauphin Island Bridge talks for the first time. Kieu Phan says she wished her husband, Lam Luong would have just killed her. Luong is charged with 4 counts of capital murder. Bayou La Batre Police say he confessed to throwing the couple's four kids off the Dauphin Island Bridge Monday morning.
