The mother of four kids thought to have been thrown off the Dauphin Island Bridge, Kieu Phan, talked to News 5's Tiffany Craig. Phan says that she wants justice for her children. Mobile County Sheriff's Deputies believe that the body of one of the children was founds this morning. Phan told News 5 that she wished Luong had just killed her.
