School Superintendent Arrested

Escambia, Florida Superintendent Jim Paul charged with misdemeanor driving under the influence

The Pinellas County Sheriff's office reports that Escambia County School Superintendent Jim Paul was arrested this (Thursday) morning for misdemeanor driving under the influence.
The arrest took place at 3:30 a.m. on the Courtney Campbell Causeway in Clearwater, Florida.
Deputies say they noticed a White Impala speeding and weaving and that Paul was behind the wheel.
He was taken to the Pinellas County Jail where he submitted to a breath test. According to the Sheriff's Department, Paul blew a .128 on the meter. .08 is the legal limit in Florida.
