Mobile Police have charged a man with breaking into a vehicle, but before he can be taken to Metro Jail, he has to get out of the hospital first! Mobile Police say Robert Powell was breaking into a car at Taylor Made Auto, Body & Paint Shop on Halls Mill Road Sunday night when he was shot by the business owner. Powell was shot in the back. The business owner hasn't been charged.
