The U.S. Marshals' North Florida Violent Fugitive Task force arrested 3 men in Pensacola Friday.
50 year old Ronald Gates was taken into custody at a trailer park on 50th Avenue.
According to investigators, they went to the trailer looking for Marshall Jones, but, they say Gates answered the door and gave them a phony name. Becoming suspicious, they checked and found out his true identity.
Gates is wanted on a 1996 probation violation charge stemming from accusations of aggravated battery with a deadly weapon and criminal mischief.
Jones, meanwhile, was found hiding in a back room of the same trailer where Gates was arrested. Jones is also wanted for probation violation stemming from charges of kidnapping/false imprisonment, battery and tresspassing while armed.
Authorities say they also arrested 42 year old John Wesley Washington on a probation violation charge.
Washington was arrested an an Attucks Court Apartment. Records show Washington was convicted in 2003 of sexual battery on a victim under the age of 12.
All three men were booked into the Escambia County Jail in Pensacola
