HAMILTON, Ala. (AP) - Authorities in Hamilton are hoping to
reveal the cause of death of a 9-month-old baby. Police said the
infant was unconscious when his mother called medics Monday night.
In a statement, the mother told police the baby fell into a bucket
of water.
Police told a Birmingham television station (ABC 33/40), they
are not ready to rule the death an accident. Hamilton police are
handling the investigation.
