PENSACOLA, Fla. (AP) - A California man has pleaded guilty to
participating in a Panhandle-based child pornography ring.
The U.S. Attorney's Office for the Northern District of Florida
says Raymond Roy of San Juan Capistrano, Calif., pleaded guilty
Monday to five counts of criminal activity as a member of a group
that engaged in child exploitation.
In March, 22 people from various countries were charged in the
porn ring. In all, more than 400,000 pictures, video files and
other images of children engaged in sexual behavior were traded and
distributed globally, according to authorities.
Roy is the sixth defendant to plead guilty in the case.
