Police have arrested one of three men accused of tying up a Mobile couple and their four-year-old son with duct tape during a home invasion.
The attack happened December 22 on Bataan Avenue.
Police say Brandon Whitfield, who was carrying a shotgun, and the other two suspects also stole Christmas presents and two vehicles.
Police are still looking for Whitfield's accomplices and a 1998 burgundy Chevy Malibu with Alabama tag 2C2411AK.
