Mobile Police and District Attorney John Tyson, Jr. are on the scene of an apparent homicide on Dauphin Island Parkway. It happened just before 3:30 on Alba Club Road near Scenic Drive. Investigators say the 18-year-old Jason Everette Milne was found lying in the roadway deceased. He was shot at least once.
