Prichard police say a 29-year-old man was hit by a 2007 Cadillac CTS (similar to the one seen on the right) around 1:00 a.m. on St. Stephens Road at Frieda Avenue in Eight-Mile.
The victim was pronounced dead on the scene.
The driver is an 18-year-old male from Prichard. Police don't know whether alcohol or last night's dense fog played a role in the deadly accident.
No arrests have been made, however the District Attorney’s Office is reviewing the case and charges could be filed.
