Mobile police say the 18-year-old wanted for robbing a bank and threatening to kill the teller is Stevie McKissick.
According to police, McKissick walked into the RBC Bank on Moffet Road in Semmes around 9:00 a.m. and handed the teller a note demanding money. The note also indicated he would kill the teller if he did not get what he wanted.

McKissick is a white male, 5'10", 140 pounds, with blond, bushy hair.
Police also have a good idea what his getaway driver looks like. This afternoon, police arrested 18-year-old Dustin Haire. Investigators found Haire's check stub in a Pontiac Firebird that was abandoned near the crime scene. It turns out the car also belongs to Haire.
Police also believe Haire's brother Dennis was involved in the robbery.
