Fay's presence was felt Saturday at the Alabama State Docks. A wind gust caught a crane loading cargo on a ship. The wind gust caused the crane to crash into another crane onboard the ship.
A Port Authority spokesperson says no one was hurt. The accident did force them to shut down operations for the day.
