Quadruplets Born In Mobile

For the first time in nearly a decade, quadruplets were born at USA Children's and Women's Hospital in Mobile. Sandra and Matt Cochran now have four times the fun after Sandra gave birth Monday to Gunner, Cannon, Lauren, and Avery. The babies still have a lot of growing to do. Gunner is the biggest at only 3 lbs. 1 oz., " they've all lost a little weight since they were born, but, they're big for quadruplets, to have four and have a three-pounder is just amazing. So, I was very proud for the babies and I was proud of myself for feeding them so well," said Sandra Cochran. The four babies have a three-year-old big sister at home. The Cochrans are from Hurley, Mississippi. Mom says she's been in the hospital since June, but she expects to go home Thursday. We're told the babies will have to stay in the neonatal intensive care unit a little longer, most likely until October.
