Man Robs Burger King Drive-Thru

This whopper of a story doesn't end well for the crook. He got caught minutes later counting the money. Now he'll spend his 21st birthday behind bars.

Christopher Ray, Jr was not looking for a late night snack. Police say he was hungry for some cash.

Police say Christopher Ray, Jr. walked up to the drive-thru window at the Burger King on Springhill Avenue just after midnight. But he didn't order any food. Instead he demanded money from the register.

Surprisingly, Ray actually got what he wanted, but he didn't get far. When an officer spotted Ray in the parking lot of a nearby business, he was counting his money.

Ray is being held on a $50,000 bond. He'll likely spend Saturday, his 21st birthday, behind bars.
