Man who police say shot and killed Daniel McGee Saturday night in midtown has turned himself in.
25-year-old Daniel McGee was shot just after 7:00 p.m. near the intersection of Emogene and Florida Street. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
Investigators say Christopher Cunnigham turned himself in Tuesday.
