Patrick Ballard has been booked into the Baldwin County Jail on murder charges. Alabama State Troopers believe speed and alcohol were factors in the crash that killed two men. Troopers say Ballard was behind the wheel when his truck hit and killed Archie Clemons, Jr. of Spanish Fort and William Imle of Daphne. The crash happened on Bromley Road in Stapleton. News 5 was the only station at the Baldwin County Jail when Ballard was taken into the jail. We will have much more on this story later today on News 5 and WKRG.com.
