A third man has been arrested in a violent armed robbery at an after-hours poker party in Foley last month. Investigators have charged Sebron Byrd with 1st degree armed robbery. Byrd and two other men are accused of breaking into a late-night poker game at a Foley business, robbing the players and taking money from the pot. Detectives say the three men were armed with shotguns.

Byrd, along with Marcus Weaver and Charles Taylor, Junior, face six counts of armed robbery. Investigators say the Foley business owner who held the poker game could face gambling charges.
