A 16-year-old charged with firing
gunshots into the home of an assistant high school principal will
face the charge as an adult. The suspect - Keneterius Graham - was
charged with discharging a firearm into an unoccupied dwelling.
No one was injured in the November 18th incident.
According to the Talladega County sheriff's office, Graham had
been suspended from Winterboro High School and apparently decided
to retaliate against the school official because she would not
allowed him to attend a basketball game.
Graham is accused of firing several shots into the home of
Michelle Head. He was transferred from a juvenile facility to the
county jail. Bond was set at $20,000.
