A Freeze Warning is in effect for coastal counties. Inland counties have a Hard Freeze Warning in effect. We will wake up with temperatures between 20-25 degrees in most areas Sunday morning. Some of the coldest locations could be in the upper teens overnight.
A taste of winter continues for a bit longer before we enjoy a big warm-up this week. Highs struggle to reach 50 degrees Sunday afternoon. A breezy north wind will continue to make it feel colder than it actually is. Be sure to bundle up if you are out early in the morning.
Plenty of sunshine is ahead for us as we close out the weekend. But, another cold night with lows in the 20s is expected tonight through early Monday.
The weather pattern continues to be on a fast-track and Monday we’ll start to notice increasing clouds ahead of our next rainmaker. There’s a chance for scattered shower activity by Tuesday. Wednesday will be cloudy but drier. By Thursday, another chance of scattered showers rolls in.
Temperatures surge early in the week, reaching 70 degrees by Tuesday. Morning lows, while in the gutter this weekend will also move upwards towards 50 degrees early in the week.

The unofficial “start to summer” continues to be a hot one this Memorial Day weekend. Bright sunshine will warm temperatures into the low and middle 90s during the afternoon. There’s only a 10% chance of a passing shower or thunderstorm, so 9 out of 10 of us stay dry.
