Quick & Easy Summer Meal
Ham BBQ Sandwiches:
1 lb. of the thinnest sliced/shaved ham
6 fresh sandwich buns
1 cup Heinz tomato ketchup
1/4 to 1/3 cup Worcestershire sauce
2 to 3 T sugar
your favorite coleslaw
mix ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, and sugar to create your homemade BBQ sauce,
then heat skillet and warm up ham, add BBQ sauce and heat.
Put your hot ham on buns and top with your favorite coleslaw.
Enjoy!
Cucumber Salad:
3 large cucumbers
1 small onion
6 oz. or Italian dressing
1 T red wine vinegar
1 T sugar
salt and pepper to taste
Peel cucumbers and slice, slice onion thin, and add all ingredients, mix well
